NORTH BERGEN -- The president of the township meat distributor and two firm employees happen to be billed with billing a Fairview grocery store over $500,000 in excess ford focus flip key of ten years for meat which was in no way requested or delivered, official announced yesterday.
Gerardo Perez, Sr., fifty three, of 73rd Avenue in North Bergen, the president of Amaro Foods Enterprises, a wholesale meat distributor on Eighth Street, is charged automotive diagnostic programs with fiscal facilitation, theft by deception, industrial bribery, conspiracy to dedicate theft by deception, and misconduct by a company official, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli explained.

The scheme started in June of 2000 and ongoing to May possibly 2011 and concerned Perez producing fraudulent invoices which were pre-signed as if the meat experienced already been obtained through the supermarket, officers stated.
Rendon and/or Rendon-Gonzalez would then covertly insert the customer copy from the "imaginary" invoice in to the supermarket's listing of orders obtained, officers mentioned.
