The men had been being held today at the Linden municipal jail pending the setting of bail.

Yesterday, the Union City man was sentenced to prison and rehab after admitting he pose as an MTV talent scout and raped a 12-year-old girl at a North Bergen motel.A automotive scanners automotive diagnostic programs Union City child molester who posed as an MTV talent scout to rape a 12-year-old girl after enticing her with promises of stardom was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ordered to get psychological treatment."Giron represents the child molester in the most classic sense," said Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Steven Dill of Adonis Giron, 43, of 48th Street, who pleaded guilty in January to the Oct. 13, 2008 aggravated sexual assault on the girl at the Fountain Motel on Paterson Plank Road in North Bergen."He's not a pervert in a park wearing a dirty raincoat, but a cold and calculating predator who cultivated a persona specifically to systematically lure and sexually assault young girls," said Dill of Giron, who must serve more than eight years of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.It was revealed at Friday's sentencing that an evaluation at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Avenel found Giron's attraction to young girls to be "repetitive and compulsive" and recommended treatment. Giron did not dispute the evaluation.Hudson County Superior Court Judge Paul DePascale ordered Giron to serve at least three years in prison before being transferred to Avenel for treatment, Dill said.
The date of Giron's eventual release from Avenel will be
